This hotel was in great location in detroit, literally 5 minutes from greektown, comerica park, detroit opera house, clubs, etc...we enjoyed our stay, it is a clean and decent place to stay for the money.
Only the location of the hotel is good, closed to downtown of Detroit. The recepcionists are not bad.
In my opinion the rooms have to be more clean. The breakfast improved because is very, very poor. Some nigths a lot of noise was heared at the corridors with other guests speaking loud or complaining. The type of guests that use this hotel are not the best. There are not big control by the reception to the guests, everyone can do what he want.
We liked the idea of having the resturant right next door, so we didn't need to leave the property. The resturant served very good food and the help was very nice and clean. Thanks
Convenience and value for our Tiger baseball game weekend with friends. We'll come back for a Hockey Game this winter.
Bathroom and shampoo stuff not really pleasant...
The location was the best. And the price was really good. The service of the reception and all the personal in general was great.
The sheet smell a little bit to cigarette.
Loud traffic, noisy travellers staying at the hotel. Were shouting and arguing until 4:00 AM.
Within walking distance of Greektown!
I rooms we cheaper on there sign then on this site. The double rooms have better beds.
first of all I booked 2 rooms with 2 guest in each room and when we got there they tried to say we only had reservation for 1 room. "Good thing we have emergency rooms" the lady at the desk said. My conformation clearly stated I booked 2 rooms. Not very happy. rooms are VERY out dated
Extremely bad, lice bedding in mattress and carpet, they beat me all nights, my skin become red in many places, I could not sleep, I was like insect hunter, when I show the lice bedding to the personal he tried to solve it, or may be pretend to solve it, but the manger try until my time has worked out. Everything is old and smells awful. I plame booking. com how they approve this place and put it in there search list. The breakfast is just kind of joke.
The only good thing about the hotel is that it is close to the city. So if you were doing anything downtown detroit that would be a benefit.
The room was very dirty. There were stains on the carpet, mold on the walls and holes in the walls. I was not impressed at all and felt dirty. I wanted to leave the entire time we were there but we were too cheap to get a different hotel. It was very noisy late at night and even blessed us with a helicopter shining its lights through the parking lot at midnight.
Walking distance downtown
Loud check the offers they make direct: 3 nights for 2 so you can save half the internetprice!!!
it's close to downtown and cheap
the bed linens are very bad, too thin and does not look clean
The hotel is very close to downtown. My drive in the morning only took 5 minutes.
The hotel is in a sketchy area of town. The facilities are old. The "breakfast" is a joke.
The staff was nice, loved the resturant, the rooms were clean. The parking attendants did a nice job keeping out the non-guests.
There was very low pressure in the shower, a definate low point. The air conditioning was weak. Not crazy about the location, traffic.
